Love has never look so good on me. I'll be just praising and thanking my gift Giver so much that I won't have the time to boast and brag! Some call it crazy. I call it Love! :)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Dear Fathers: This is the day that the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it!!!!!

Dear Mothers: we are not fathers. Please don't be confused or let anyone else confuse you. Even if you are a single parent raising your child/ren without their dad, do not accept people telling you Happy Father's Day. We are not men. God said Honor your mothers and fathers. He didn't say honor them ONLY if...He said Honor them...period! Raise up your children in the direction they should go and when they grow old they will not depart from your teachings. This is the day that was designed for ALL fathers. Even those who didn't complete their call of duty.

Gone But Not Forgotten

Dear Beauty:

You left without saying bye

And now your loved ones are wondering why

I suppose you closed your eyes and envisioned the sky

And decided you wanted to spread those wings and fly

But little did you know, your legacy was left on

We recently met in your honor to cheer your name on

And although we're all sad because now you're gone

We will be chasing our dreams now until the crack of dawn

I never really told you how much I cared for and loved you

And that I really admired how you did the things you liked to do

Like bartending, painting, photography, retail and design work too

Such a creative butterfly who many knew

So thanls to you we can believe in dreams

We now know that dreams aren't as far to reach as they seem

So please angel ensure that the sun rays continue to beam

And as the days go on

I'll be sure to continue to dream

Let Men Be Men

Men were created to rule, provide and protect. They were designed as Kings to have dominion in the Earth. They were made wonderfully with a physical strength which allows them to fulfill the duties assigned to them. Because it was not meant for Man to be alone, they were "given" help mates (Women) to help them with the burdens they carry on a day-to-day basis and also to help keep them relieved and satisfied.

What they were not created and designed for was the DRAMA. They were not meant to be Woman's girlfriend, sister, Mother or any other female who would lend us a listening ear for us to vent in. They were not wired for us to drop our burdens upon them --especially those burdens which requires us to gossip (period)
Men are not our partners waiting for us to exhale...well, we can exhale with our Men, but in a way that is satisfying and pleasurable for both the Husband and the Wife. 

Think about it: after working in the field (the world) all day long and then have to come home to noise about what the neighbor "hating" a-- had a nerve to do OR how that dag on supervisor pissed you off thinking you a slave, ordering you around, making you answer the phone while you tryna file the load of papers that's been sitting on the desk since before you started working there in the first place OR how you gonna transfer Hank from that school because the Principal didn't even speak to you today... *I'm tired already*

Now, we have a nation of broken, weak DRAMA KINGS. And to make matters worse, now their women are yelling at them STOP ACTING LIKE A B----...MAN UP...calling'm P---- A-- N----s . And this doesn't all come from the "help mates". Mothers also contribute to dishing the drama into their sons' lives. I won't go into that because 1. Mothers know how they do this no need for details and 2. I have to stay in my lane. 

Men are not dogs or other derogatory names we give them. They are Kings who need the help from their Queens. And any ol' help mate won't work.  Each Queen was purposed for her own King. And vice versa. You can try to play the role until you find the right fit (heartache, headache & bitterness)...or you can wait until the appointed time for the right fit to show up (peace, joy & unconditional love). Whatever you choose, Let Men Be Men.

Prosper in your Purpose

When you live on purpose and operate in your purpose, you live a successful satisfied life. When you don't know your purpose, you envy others because of their purpose. You can turn that negative energy around by finding out what your purpose is and then master it. How do you find out what your purpose is? Think about the positives that you really enjoy doing...you've been doing it since you can remember. Keep in mind, some people serve the purpose to block others from serving their purpose. And as frustrating as it can be, blockers serve a purpose for a reason. HOWEVER, as long as you stay focus on your purpose and take heed of yourself, you can appreciate the fact that blockers have a purpose of motivating you to do better; to go harder. Think of blockers as those who help you get out that comfort zone. Blockers help prevent complacency. So the next time a blocker shows up, be grateful that they're there helping to push you on. Remember: living on purpose and operating in your purpose makes you complete. And when you're complete, there's no need to compete with others and their purpose. We ALL serve a purpose. Purpose is deep. And not everyone will understand your purpose. But when you work it, you prosper. PROSPER IN YOUR PURPOSE
