Page 36- With everything so fast paced and so many distractions, it’s easy to fall off, lose concentration and or lack interest. There were many times I would start a project or task and would not complete it due to one or all of the reasons I mentioned above.
It would be easy for me to walk away or abort an assignment or mission that was challenging. If I didn’t foresee the purpose or the results were not heading in the expected direction, I would say forget it...next!
But love has changed my entire concept of abandonment and neglect. Love has taught me to stay firm and consistent and to finish what I started. I now realize that success is measured in commitment and dedication. And that we can not rush something that we desire to last forever. No matter how tedious the detail requirements are or how long the process, building takes focus and time. And love has taught me that too.
